  Apartments are in a good location and that is about it.  We had to get up 3 flights of stairs with luggage, furniture old and worn and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on at night as all padding is worn down.  Air conditioning leaked, spa jets didn't work, carpet upstairs wet and moldy and then the manager accused us of putting a hole in the wall which is a bit of plaster that has come off from a previous patch up job which has now failed due to moisture in the air from broken air conditioning.   Sent us pictures and said they are just going to charge our card $170 after we left.  I wiped everything, left no rubbish.  I am a travel agent and have stayed in 4 or 5 places around town and come up each year and have never been treated so badly, or accused of something we never did, especially for a old patchy job that has failed and then tried to get us to give them more money from their run down place. At 5 past 10 the manager ran up the stairs to make sure we were all out of the apartment as we were coming down with our luggage.  Really!!  I had to wash glasses and plates on arrival, the toilet rolls hangers are falling off, the shower floor was black and the furniture is just awful and needs to go in the bin. Management not friendly or helpful. Yes, nothing good, really. This review is for Driftwood Mantaray and seascape management.

  We stayed 8 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment that strongly smelt of mould upon arrival. We had a private pool that isn't actually private, above apartments balcony is directly above over looking the pool. Pool was very mouldy, black mould stains everywhere. Furniture was very dirty. Don't bother getting take away from the restaurant only received half of one if the meals but paid full price. My daughters friend pulled the blinds up in the bathroom only to have a piece fall off onto her head. We had private parking that is clearly marked for our apartment but on our last day the guest staying above us decided to park in our spot so we had to park in front our designated garage only blocking them in not stopping any other traffic from passing by. After 3 or 4 hrs I noticed someone letting themselves into our apartment. Some lady from the resort took upon herself to just walk into our apartment to ask us to move the with attitude. Not once did anyone try to ring us. We were outside in the courtyard with our phone in hand so definitely didn't miss a call, they never even tried. Very unprofessional. Unless there is an emergency this should NEVER happen. For 2,500 there are much nicer places to stay. Very unimpressed

  Very helpful staff, who perhaps were not fully aware of the Ribbons apartment facilities.
  No parking on the property and pool area unkempt and nowhere to sit.
