- Jacquie Byard Added June 01, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Clean, spacious room in a convenient location. Bed was very soft but was only there one night so not an issue. The additional sink in the room is awkward, benchspace would be more useful.
This is not a serviced resort so don't expect too much but great for a Port Douglas weekender - Craig Kable Added May 22, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Room was dated and in need of an upgrade. If you’re getting a balcony make sure you request a pool view. Great location and the two reception staff Emma and Tammy were awesome. Happy to help and met with a smile every time. Thanks guys

My only criticism is that the rooms are a little worn...like the ceiling fans and carpets...but not enough to impact your stay negatively. The beds are extremely comfortable..something I've found in every Mantra hotel I've stayed in.

The pool was good, however the rooms walls are paper thin, a guest checked in late next door to us and as soon as they turned the tap on you couldn't hear yourself think.
Fire alarms went off falsely Twice during our stay at 3 and 5am which kept the kids up >:(
Barely an appology or the offer of a late check out to try and catch up on sleep.

- Ed Rose Added January 25, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Relatively quiet apartment hotel in the middle of town. Moderate kitchenette, has what you need but not too much more. Clean and comfortable, well located and good price. Spa was a nice touch!
