- NEIL HORNSBY Added August 30, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just back to chilly Melbourne after a wonderful ten days at Port Douglas Apartments. Fabulous, affordable adults only accommodation located easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants whereas many of the larger resorts are a shuttle bus ride away. The lovely hosts, Robin and Sonya keep everything spotless and well maintained. The pool area is delightful and the BBQ'S and laundry facilities were fabulous and very much used and appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay here, hopefully the airlines can lift their game a bit by then.

Located on the quiet end of Macrossan St near 4 mile beach it was ideal.
Easy walking distance to really good restaurants and amazing views.
The apartment was perfect, air conditioning, fans and well appointed.
The soothing lush gardens are beautifully cared for.
Everything one needs, on site laundry, barbecues, library and just the best hosts in Sonya & Robin.

Our apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with everything you need. We especially loved the BBQ’s and eating dinner on our balcony. A great home away from home!
