  What a great service - Not only did Angie the owner, suggest the right bike suitable for me and my friend double up, she allowed me to go for a test drive to get the feel and to make sure I was comfortable. She then went out of her way to call in a favour from a friend and then dropped us 15 KM out of town. Angie- thanks so much-you don’t know how comforting that was that you made sure that we were safe and even followed up afterwards if we were OK. Highly recommended

  It was busy time when I visited but they replaced the broken spoke on the same day, so thank you for that, BUT after I came back to the campground in Mossman (where I was staying because I am currently cycle touring around Australia and I got broken spoke in Mossman on my way from Cairns to Cape Tribulation, and the closest bike shop from Mossman was here), the “fixed” rear wheel tire got flat. I took only the wheel to the bike shop (I left my bike in Mossman) and got it fixed, came back and put it back on the bike, then it got puncture… I didn’t ride the bike, but this happened…only thing I could think of was they did not check inside the tire properly when they replaced the spoke and put the tire back on the wheel…the staff was nice and friendly but the service was a bit disappointing…

  These guys are great! Hired bikes for a family ride & then a couple of days later did the self-guided mountain bike tour which includes the "Bump Track". Their service was top notch & good value for money. They also service & sell bikes & have a small, but good range of essential quality branded bike accessories. Happy to recommend & staff are all friendly which creates a great atmosphere.

  Very helpful good value way to have a look about. $60 for 2 hours for 2 people 1 scooter. Helmets supplied

  I recently visited during our holiday, and I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and generosity they provided. The staff went above and beyond by lending us high-quality bikes.
