  We loved our recent visit at Reef Club Resort. It was immaculately clean, Lea (at front desk) was so friendly and knowledgeable and the proximity to town and the beach was excellent. The pool was great. We have two young girls and were able to hire portacots at a small fee - so helpful when travelling with children. We will definitely be back.

  We had a great 5 day stay at The Reef Club Resort. The location is perfect for the resort is only a short distance to the beach, and PD town centre. Our room was fully fitted with ceiling fans, and big beautiful air conditioners that made our stay a true comfort. Also enjoyable was the pool! We spent a happy dusk relaxing in the pool, which gave us time to reflect and praise our choice to stay at The Reef Club Resort. The underground parking was spacious and always available, and most convenient.

  The resort was lovely, the rooms we stayed in were clean and contained all the essentials and comfort we needed for a weeks stay and if we ran out the staff were quick to replace it without hesitation. The resort had a pool that was heated and always clean and it was surrounded by comfortable outdoor seats so that customers can lie down and sun bake. The resort was conveniently located very close to 4 Mile Beach and also the main strip of shops and restaurants! Lea & Joe (the managers) were very helpful with information about things to do around Port Douglas and also with helping us book activities during our stay! Even when short staffed they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! So thank you Lea, Joe and staff. Hopefully we’ll return very soon!

  We had a good stay here. I gave it 4 stars not for the quality but overall was cheap and good value for money probably more 3.5 if I had an option to rate that. Rooms were average bit functional for our fam 2 adult and 3 kids.

  My partner and I visited Port Douglas for the first time and stayed at the Reef Club Resort for 7 days.
  
  Our accommodation was very affordable and you get good value. We loved our room and we were pleased with the amenities we were provided for our stay (including, microwave, fridge & freezer, essential cutlery, washing detergent etc). The whole area (bedroom, bathroom, living room & balcony) was all well kept, clean and nice quality. I was also most happy with the aircon and fans as it was well needed after a hot day.
  
  In addition, there is a nice pool area to go for a swim and lounge around on the deck chairs. There is also a BBQ area available and a laundry which is quite convenient.
  
  Lea and Joe & their staff were all fabulous and welcoming. They really looked after us and took the liberty to help book our tours and recommend for other fun things to do and places to eat.
  
  I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend Reef Club Resort for anyone, whether you’re a family, couple or a single, it’s great.

  A great little self contained apartment in a lovely location. One minute walk to 4 mile beach and about 10 minute walk into town. The resort had a lovely pool and management were wonderful to deal with. Will be coming back again

  Love, love, loved the Reef Club Resort. Quaint, older style rooms but clean and comfortable. Basic needs to make your holiday comfortable. Amazing pool in tropical gardens. Position is an A plus. 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach out of the backdoor!! Very friendly, helpful staff who have a fantastic knowledge of the local area and can book all your tour needs not to mention great recommendations on dining. We will definitely be back!!

  Do not stay here! They give out shady contracts to backpackers and end up stealing their money, the rooms are extremely dirty because they treat their staff horribly. Way better places in port Douglas for the same amount of money, do not waste your time and money with these people

  Very poor experince, the apartment had a bad smell, a smoke alarm went off for 3 nights starting at 3am until 8am when spoke to the manager the reply was "we didn't know as we couldn't here it" very concerning that the manager was unaware that a alarm was going off... my question what would happen is there was a fire ???? Very very very poor should been given no starts DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WOULD HATE YOUR STAY

  Nice clean small apartments, not too far away from the main town but also just far enough to feel a but tired walking. Also have 2 great pools. Downside is probably no elevators.

  Reception was very friendly. Very helpful with local attractions and activities. The rooms and beds are clean and cosy. Kitchen hygiene could be better, felt that we needed to scrub and clean all dishes and cutlery before use. Overall a comfortable stay.
